Trail Mix

Ingredients

3 cup "O" shaped cereal
3 cup square-shaped cereal
4 cup oyster crackers
4 cup thin pretzels
2 cup raisins

Procedure

  1. Put all ingredients into a large plastic bag or bowl. Shake or stir well. Scoop 1 1/2 cups of the mix into small resealable plastic bags.
  2. NOTE: The nutritional value of this mixture will vary greatly depending on the cereals you choose. Also, other dried fruits or nuts can be added.

Serves 20. Per Serving: Calories 294; Calories from fat 26(9%); Fat 3g; Carbohydrates 63g; Sugar 11g; Fiber 3g; Protein 6g
