Stuffed Celery
Ingredients
4 large celery stalks, washed
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic or onion powder
salt and pepper
paprika
Procedure
- In a small bowl, mix cheese and seasonings. Press into cavity of stalks. Garnish with paprika and serve.
