Sweet Potato Soup
Ingredients
1 large cooked sweet potato
1 1/2 cup strong chicken stock
3/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
- In a food processor, combine the sweet potato, stock and milk. Process until smooth, pulsing frequently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until very hot.
- Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
