Spinach Salad

Ingredients

16 oz package fresh spinach
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 lb crumbled bacon
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Dressing:
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Procedure

  1. Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients. Just before serving, add dressing and toss, or have individuals add their own dressing.

Serves 10. Per Serving: Calories 265; Calories from fat 162(61%); Fat 18g; Carbohydrates 19g; Sugar 17g; Fiber 1g; Protein 8g
