Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
2 lbs beef
1 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 Clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs mustard
16 oz tomato sauce
Procedure
- Brown the beef in skillet with onion. Drain. Add other ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on a roll or bread
- NOTE This recipe freezes great, allow the extra to cool than place in freezer bags for a quick dinner or lunch later that month.
