Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

2 lbs beef
1 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 Clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs mustard
16 oz tomato sauce

Procedure

  1. Brown the beef in skillet with onion. Drain. Add other ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on a roll or bread
  2. NOTE This recipe freezes great, allow the extra to cool than place in freezer bags for a quick dinner or lunch later that month.

Serves 8. Per Serving: Calories 423; Calories from fat 220(52%); Fat 24g; Carbohydrates 28g; Sugar 22g; Fiber 3g; Protein 22g
