Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices toasted rye bread
2 oz corned beef, thinly sliced
2 oz swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut
salt and pepper

Procedure

  1. Butter the toasted rye. Place the corned beef and cheese on one slice of toast. Place under the broiler or in a toaster oven until cheese begins to melt.
  2. Remove from heat, add sauerkraut, and top with other slice of toast. Serve Hot

Serves 1. Per Serving: Calories 394; Calories from fat 119(30%); Fat 13g; Carbohydrates 30g; Sugar 2g; Fiber 5g; Protein 36g
