Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 lb asparagus, fresh
1/2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs garlic, minced
salt & pepper
drizzle balsamic vinegar

Procedure

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Rinse the asparagus, dry, and place on the cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing well. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Rub on the garlic and put in the oven.
  3. Roast the asparagus for about 15 minutes until tender.
  4. Drizzle on balsamic vinegar and serve.

Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 42; Calories from fat 16(38%); Fat 2g; Carbohydrates 5g; Sugar 2g; Fiber 2g; Protein 3g
