Guacamole
Ingredients
3 medium avocados
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup chopped onion
2 small chopped tomatoes
1 or 2 tbsp lemon juice
dash salt
Procedure
- Peel and smash avacados. Mix in cilantro, onions, and tomatoes. Add lemon juice depending on yoru taste. Add salt to taste.
