Garlic Rice

Ingredients

1 clove garlic
2 tbs butter
1 cup rice
2 cups broth or water

Procedure

  1. Saute uncooked rice and 1 clove of garlic, crushed, in 2 T of butter or oil until fragrant. Add broth or water and cook according to package directions.

Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 223; Calories from fat 50(24%); Fat 6g; Carbohydrates 37g; Sugar 0g; Fiber 0g; Protein 4g
