Healthy Pregnancy Cookbook
Emerald Rice
Ingredients
3 cup cooked rice
10 oz spinach, squeezed dry
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbs butter
1 tsp salt
Procedure
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. cover and bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes until heated through.
