Egg Casserole

Ingredients

2 cup unseasoned croutons
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. brown and serve sausage links, cut into 1/4 in pieces
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp onion powder
dash of pepper
1 Tbs bacon bits

Procedure

  1. In a 2 qt casserole dish, place croutons, cheese and sausage link pieces. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over crouton mixture in casserole dish. Top with bacon bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
  2. 2 NOTE: Casserole may be prepared the night before and refrigerated. Bake in the morning.

Serves 6. Per Serving: Calories 237; Calories from fat 106(45%); Fat 12g; Carbohydrates 13g; Sugar 5g; Fiber <1g; Protein 19g
