Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp vinegar
paprika
Procedure
- Cut hard-cooked eggs in half, remove yolks to a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff yolk mixture into the egg halves with a spoon. Sprinkle with paprika.
