Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbs cornstarch
2 cup fat-free milk
1 tsp vanilla

Procedure

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium saucepan. Add milk to cocoa mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are dissolved. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool and refrigerate leftovers.

Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 179; Calories from fat 4(2%); Fat .5g; Carbohydrates 39g; Sugar 31g; Fiber 1g; Protein 5g
