Chicken Cesar Salad
Ingredients
Marinade:
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper
Salad Dressing:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Also Need:
4 cups Mixed salad greens
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Procedure
- Mix marinade ingredients. Place chicken in a Ziploc bag, pour marinade over chicken. Let sit at least 1/2 hour and up to three hours.
- Grill chicken until juices run clear; timing varies with thickness of chicken. Approximately 5 - 8 minutes per side.
- Whisk together salad dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- Prepare salad greens, place on plates. Cut up grilled chicken, place on salad greens. Drizzle with salad dressing to taste.
