Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

8 oz Low-Fat Cream Cheese
8 oz Can of Chili (without beans)
8 oz Shredded Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese

Procedure

  1. In a small baking pan, spread cream cheese evenly along bottom of pan. Add chili and spread evenly on top of cream cheese. Add cheese, spreading evenly on top of chili. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.

Serves 12. Per Serving: Calories 66; Calories from fat 16(24%); Fat 2g; Carbohydrates 4g; Sugar 1g; Fiber 35g; Protein 9g
