Carrot Apple Salad
Ingredients
6 oz orange juice concentrate, defrosted
6 oz cold water
2 lbs carrots, peeled and shredded
3 apples, cored and shredded
1 cup raisins
Procedure
- Place the juice and water in a mixing bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients. Mix well.
