Baked Squash
Ingredients
1 large acorn squash, cut in half and seeds removed
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp lemon juice
Procedure
- Place squash in 2 qt casserole dish, skin side down. Sprinkle with spice and sugar. Drizzle with butter and lemon juice. Bake at 350 degrees until squash is soft.
