Pork Barbecue
Ingredients
1 - 1 1/2 lb lean pork roast, cooked
1 cup catchup
1 Tbs onion flakes
2 1/2 cup water
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs mustard
1 Tbs brown sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Procedure
- Mix ingredients in large pot. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring often. Serve over bread or rolls.
- NOTE:Extra can be easily frozen and reheated later.
