Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients
2 cup vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
1 Tbs salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbs poultry seasoning
4 chicken breast (bone in skin on)
Procedure
- Mix marinade ingredients together. Add chicken breasts and soak for at least 4 hours.
- Grill, baste often (it will smoke a lot).
