Apple Salad
Ingredients
2 large apples, diced
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup celery
2 Tbs raisins
Dressing:
3 Tbs low-fat yogurt
2 tsp fat free mayonnaise
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Procedure
- In a medium bowl, combine the salad ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, and blend the dressing with the fruit mixture.
Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 78; Calories from fat 3(4%); Fat 3g; Carbohydrates 20g; Sugar 14g; Fiber 3g; Protein 1g
