Apple Bread
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs milk
1/4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup chopped apples
Optional Topping (mix together):
2 Tbs melted butter
2 Tbs flour
3 Tbs sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Procedure
- Mix first six ingredients. Add milk, vinegar, baking powder and mix well. Fold in chopped apples.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and top with the mixed topping mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
