Making this menu work for you

Here are some suggestions for making this menu easier to prepare:

  • Instead of cooking Amish Baked Oatmeal, follow the stovetop or microwave directions on the package.
  • If you have at least half an hour to bake one morning a week, use that morning to bake a batch of muffins. Store them in your freezer in zipper lock freezer bags. Thaw in the microwave. Another option is to buy muffins from your grocery store bakery.
  • The Broccoli Bacon Quiche and White Bean Salad will keep well refrigerated for 2 or 3 days.
