Pregnancy Pantry Items

Foods to Keep On Hand

The following list is a compilation of suggestions from mothers about the foods they kept in their homes to ensure healthy eating during pregnancy. Choose the foods you like the best and that fit your budget and make your "pantry list" from them. Print a copy of your list and place it inside a cabinet. As you use up an item, put a mark next to it on the list. It is easy to take the list down and use it as the start of your shopping list for the next trip.
