Books About Homebirth
No one book is going to have all the information you need or desire to prepare for a homebirth. Below you will find a list of books, in no particular order, that may give you a piece of the information you need as you consider or prepare for the homebirth option. Some of these books may be available through your local library. You may also be able to borrow them from a doula, childbirth educator or La Leche League meeting in your area. As a last resort, the books have been linked to Amazon to provide you access to reader reviews and an online way of purchasing. However, some of them have no reviews and several have limited availability. If you purchase the books through these links, a portion of your sale will be returned to Birthing Naturally to help maintain this website. I have not personally read all of these book, but I have read many of them. If there is a specific book you would like information about, feel free to contact me.
