Want to help spread the word about the importance of kegel exercises and how simple it can be to remember to do them every day? Here are some ways you can get involved.
- Be sure to Kegel and a Cup every day. It doesn't matter what you drink or what time of day. If you do best remembering with your morning coffee or tea, Kegel and a Cup then. If you remember best when you are drinking a cup of tea after dinner, Kegel and a Cup then. No one will know you are doing it, so you don't have to be embarrassed about explaining yourself. Once you get the hang of the exercise, you won't even need to miss a bit of the conversation to Kegel and a Cup.
- Put a Kegel and a Cup button on your website.
Simply copy this image and use it freely on your website. Link it back to the Kegel and a Cup campaign so others can read about it.
- Send your friends a reminder of the importance of daily kegel exercises.

We both know how important our pelvic floor muscles are. But lets face it, we just don’t remember to do our kegels. I don’t want to struggle with incontinence after menopause, and I don’t want you to either. That’s why I am recommending we make it a point to do our kegels every morning when we drink our first cup of coffee. They call it Kegel and a Cup, and it just might help us keep our bladder control to ourselves.
