Develop

The exciting thing about pregnancy is that it is a process that develops as you move through it. Your body changes every day, your symptoms change every day, your baby changes every day.

Yes pregnancy is about your baby developing physically, but to think its importance ends there is missing the bigger picture. Your baby is also developing emotionally and spiritually. You are developing physically and emotionally and spiritually. Pregnancy is a very fertile time for growth.

We do not simply have skills or maturity, we develop them over time. It takes practice, experience and a willingness to correct your mistakes.

Sometimes in the process of life we get to pick how we develop. Other times we get to be pleasantly surprised to see just how much we have grown through the experiences we've had.

If there is a skill or a personality trait you want, don't just sit and expect yourself to suddenly have it. These types of things need to be developed.

When you consider the importance of every day in your babies development, suddenly how much water you drink or how healthy you eat become much more of a priority.

Everyday you are developing in some way. Pay attention to how you are growing, because if you are developing in ways you don't want you better do something about it now.

Encouraging words for you
